We have improved scores across the board from our employee survey. Areas of improvement include; communication, dealing with conflict and management practices – just to name a few. Next Level Leadership Communication and Coaching initiatives are making a difference!

Enjoyed the opportunity to learn and then practice with other colleagues. Most importantly, I learned, coaching without a commitment is just a nice conversation.

Grateful, I appreciate the value and effectiveness of the communication workshop; I made significant progress in managing my fear of public speaking. The part I liked most was the safe place with workshop became to practice speaking, when their was significant anxiety at the start of the workshop.

Coaching initiative has greatly improved my coaching skill-sets and my confidence to coach forward to desired performance.

I have worked with many vendors; however, I never experienced another partnership like the one I had with Teri. Her personal commitment to the client and ability to customize content is not found in many companies today.
