Teri Bosley, President & Owner

Teri Bosley is the president and owner of Monarch Performance Group, LLC. Ms. Bosley has an extensive background in consulting, managing sales performance systems, and facilitating leadership, communication, sales, and business development initiatives. Her expertise in coaching individuals at all levels has benefited organizations throughout North America by helping them reach their performance potential and organizational objectives. Ms. Bosley’s expertise in performance-based solutions includes working with executives to redefine their cultures and make them more market-focused. Her abilities to coach, energize, and develop effective communication skills in leaders have gained her accolades from clients in large and small organizations.

Prior to Monarch Performance Group, Ms. Bosley was a Vice President at Financial Training Resources (FTR), an international consulting firm. In addition, as a Regional Sales Manager, she successfully directed and managed the implementation of a sales performance system within a $12 billion financial institution.

Joy McKnight, Senior Vice President

Joy McKnight is the Senior Vice President of Monarch Performance Group, LLC. Ms. McKnight comes to Monarch with an impressive 34-year background in banking—most recently as the VP of Sales & Marketing with Fidelity Bank, where she earned a reputation for exponentially increasing treasury services sales, deposit growth year over year, and customer satisfaction scores. Ms. McKnight is an expert in marketing, business process reengineering, customer management and engagement, and the cultivation of strategic business partnerships. She brings to Monarch her ability to recognize and capitalize on market trends and assume bottom-line accountability for intelligent business and operational forecasting, planning, and implementation. A persuasive communicator and master facilitator, Ms. McKnight also has years of experience in employee and client-partner development and training.

This is Ms. McKnight’s second stint with Monarch Performance Group, having served as VP from 2002 to 2010. Her additional work history includes strategic roles in sales, marketing, and client relations with 1st State Bank, Colonial Bank, Financial Selling Solutions, and SouthTrust Bank.
