You identified so many things our leaders need to continue to work on, pushed our new advisor out of his comfort zone and the true value was identifying that our manager is just done. So, in my humble opinion, the coaching out was far more beneficial than all the other coaching put together. We have tended to ignore it and hope she wakes up to smell the coffee burning, instead of addressing it full on!
