Monarch’s Focus on a Bank’s Culture & Collaboration

Monarch Performance Group partners with clients to create a climate for personal and organizational transformation. Founded in 2002, we provide customized performance improvement solutions to organizations throughout the United States. We have deep experience in the financial services industry, and are also equipped to improve employee performance across diverse business landscapes. The Monarch Performance Group approach is highly specialized to address your unique needs, and emphasizes a partnership founded on trust, collaboration, and support. We can help you with designing, implementing, and sustaining the right employee performance, process solutions, bank culture, collaboration, culture.

Process Overview

Beginning with a thorough assessment, we identify the current status of an organization’s culture, as well as gaps between existing employee behaviors and optimal performance. Based upon these results, customized solutions are developed which lead to group training designed to align employees with a consistent pattern of desired behaviors. Systems and tools are put into place to measure performance improvement initiatives, and ongoing coaching allows for retooling of training to meet changing needs.

While the majority of our clients are in the banking sector, Monarch Performance Group has had equal success in other industries as well. If you would like to see a full client list, please contact us.
