The Color Code Personality is an assessment that identifies your driving core motives. It helps you to understand why you do what you do versus simply what you do. Your core motive drives your behavior and acts as the lens through which you see the world. You can’t begin to understand yourself, if you don’t know what motivates you! Do you wonder why some people are so easy to work with, work for, and befriend, while constant effort is required to build and maintain a healthy relationship with others?
