Great workshop! It was very interactive and the practice sessions really pushed us out of our comfort
zones, Which will definitely help us in the future. | have a lot of good takeaways to put into place.

The part I liked most was the safe place with workshop became to practice speaking, when their was significant anxiety at the start of the workshop.
