Grateful, I appreciate the value and effectiveness of the communication workshop; I made significant progress in managing my fear of public speaking. The part I liked most was the safe place with workshop became to practice speaking, when their was significant anxiety at the start of the workshop.

Enjoyed the opportunity to learn and then practice with other colleagues. Most importantly,
I learned, coaching without a commitment is just a nice conversation.

With Monarch Performance Group, we get to the core of our executive team’s leadership issues. Our eyes are opened and we are challenged to develop new techniques that better accomplish our strategic initiatives.

We have improved scores across the board from our employee survey. Areas of improvement include; communication, dealing with conflict and management practices – just to name a few. Next Level Leadership Communication and Coaching initiatives are making a difference
